[Book now →] Day-rate by team size: 5–9 people: £750 10–19 people: £950 20–29 people: £1,200 30–49 people: £1,500 50+ people: from £1,850 (POA) 🎯 Founding-client offer: 20% off the above rates for the first 5 bookings only, by 1st October 2026 — in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to use 2–3 images as a case study. Our standard pricing is for 7 hours and we can travel anywhere in the UK, and includes travel and editing at no additional cost. We provide 2 digital images per employee, delivered within 5 days of your event. Unedited images can be shared during the session at no extra charge. Pricing for additional services or staff members and physical prints are available on request. Our services are VAT exempt.
