Corporate headshots in Berkshire
I'm Ed, and I'm based in Sandhurst. I photograph teams in their own offices across Berkshire: Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and Newbury, plus Camberley and Farnborough just over the border.
You don't go to a studio. I bring the studio to you, set up in a meeting room, and your people are back at their desks in ten minutes.
Why use a local photographer
I'm in Sandhurst, so most of Berkshire is 20 to 40 minutes away. That means no travel charge, easy rebooking when someone new starts, and I can pop back for one person without it turning into a whole production.

Tech and professional services teams on Thames Valley Park, Green Park and Winnersh Triangle. Recruiters, estate agents and solicitors in the town centres. Council, NHS and university teams who need a consistent set of photos for websites, ID badges and LinkedIn.
I spent 35 years in corporate life before picking up a camera full-time, so I know what a busy office day looks like. I won't take over your boardroom for the afternoon.

The minimum booking is 5 people (£225), which takes about 90 minutes. Retouching and travel are included across Berkshire, London and the Home Counties. There are no hidden extras.

How much do corporate headshots cost in Berkshire?
From £35 a head for larger teams, £45 for teams of 5 to 19, with retouching and travel included. The minimum booking is £225.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. That's the whole point. I bring lights and a backdrop and set up in any meeting room.
How long does a team headshot day take?
Around 90 minutes for five people. Allow about ten minutes per person after that.
Can you match our existing team photos?
Yes. Send me a couple of examples and I'll match the background, lighting and crop so new starters fit in.
Do you do individual headshots?
Yes. Book the LinkedIn & Personal Brand Session, or join a colleague's team day.
